Import Custom Clearance

PRIOR DOCUMENTATION

As soon as the documents are received, the items are classified with reference to various Custom Notifications/exemptions etc. The problems are identified at this stage to avoid further inconvenience and financial losses to.

PRE ALERT MESSAGE

All the legal formalities are completed and the resulting custom duties (if any) and any other payment, are informed to the client.

DOCUMENTATION FOR IMPORTS

List of documents required:

• Invoice in Original
• Packing list Original
  Bill of Lading/AWB Original endorsed by the Importer & Bank (if any) Insurance Certificate / Cover note
• Purchase Order & Letter of Credit (if any)
• Price List/Sale Contract
• Import License (if the Item requires License)
• Write-up/Literature (if it is Chemical Item) & Catalogue
